Methods of Payment and Shipping of products

1. Methods of Payment
You can pay for your order in one of the following ways:

-  Bank deposit
You can make a bank deposit to one of our company accounts below:

In the deposit you should state your name (same as the one you have stated in the online form of your order).

- Payment at the store (Address: N. Papagiannopoulou 143, 194 00 Location: Kitsi District Koropiou Attica) via POS.

-  Pay on delivery:
Cash on delivery of your order with an additional cost of €3
  
2. Methods of Shipping Products
After completing your order and as long as the products you have chosen are available, your order will be shipped the next (working) day to the address you have indicated.
Once your order is ready to be processed, you will be notified electronically by e-mail.
In any case, you can contact us either by phone (210 3468304) or by e-mail (info@copharm.gr) for any information or clarification.

Pickup from the Store
When you are notified that your order is ready, you can pick it up from our company's store at: N. Papagiannopoulou 143, 194 00 Location: Kitsi Koropiou District Attica.
The shop's opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00.

The cost of transport for orders over €40 is free, as long as the order has been pre-paid.

For orders less than €40 the shipping cost is:

Shipments within the prefecture of Attica
Shipments within Attica are made with the courier company SPEEDEX.
€3 for parcels up to 2 kg and €5 for larger parcels.

Shipments outside the prefecture of Attica
Your order will be shipped with our partner carriers in 2 – 3 business days depending on your location. Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an e-mail with the contact details of the transport agency used for your order. Shipping with transport agencies cannot be combined with cash on delivery.
The final prices of the products do not include the shipping costs of the respective transport agency.
Goods travel at the customer's risk.
